Our Client Services Department team make up 20% of our entire staff and will be on-hand to assist you at all times.

On reserving your property you will be provided with a named and dedicated member of our Client Services Department. Your Client Services Executive will be able to support you, offer help and advice whenever you need it, and give you updates on your purchase.

The support that our Client Services experts can offer, ranges from reminders about payments to compiling photo albums that serve as regular updates about the rate of progress on your chosen property. These updates are emailed to you each month so you can keep a ‘real time’ track of the construction.

The Client Services Department can also answer any questions that you might have, whether these are strictly technical queries relating to construction or more general enquiries about the area in which you have purchased. We even field questions regarding permitted size of terrace furniture or the nearest dentist!

If we don’t have an immediate answer, we will be able to find out exactly what you need to know.

And even after your property is complete you will be supported by our Client Services Department , who can offer advice on how best to furnish it.
