Located at the western end of the Costa de la Luz, Isla Canela is situated on a natural island in the province of Huelva and is connected to the popular fishing port of Ayamonte, via a bridge.
The area is known locally as the Spanish Algarve and shares its namesake’s unspoilt aspect – along with its plethora of top-class golf courses. The surrounding land is also guaranteed to attract animal lovers, with its wealth of national parks and bird sanctuaries. It is a short drive to Portugal and Faro Airport is only about half an hour away by car.
The resort itself is the perfect location for either a peaceful second or retirement home, but its many facilities also attract holidaymakers to play golf on its beautiful course, to eat at one of the many cafés and restaurants that line its spectacular marina or to visit one of its four-star hotels.
The Building
The apartments comprise one, two and three bedroom units as well as three bedroom penthouses. Every unit features a fully-fitted kitchen, aluminium blinds in the bedrooms and lounge, double glazing and air-conditioning and heating systems pre-installed, while the penthouse apartments have fireplaces and jacuzzis. The Las Palmeras units have large terraces, from which there are wonderful views of the beach and sea, plus generous space for sunbathing and barbecuing during the long summer months.
Features
The grounds of this spectacular new complex offer wonderful sea views and have been expertly landscaped. On-site facilities include two paddle tennis courts and communal swimming pools. The beach lies directly in front of the units, while the marina is a short half kilometre walk. First instalment:
15% payable on signing the contract.
Final instalment:
85% payable on completion.
