The World is a phenomenal new development off the coast in Dubai. Constructed on reclaimed land, it takes the form of 300 man-made islands shaped into the continents of the world. It is only four kilometres off the shore of Jumeirah, close to the Palm Jumeirah and not far from the equally impressive development of The Palm.
The 300 islands range in size from 150,000 sq. ft to 450,000 sq. feet and were sold on a freehold basis to selected investors. Each island will be utilized at the investors discretion but predominately will feature leisure, tourist or residential developments. Access to the World will only be possible via sea or air transport and the islands will feature world class marinas to berth the many boats, yachts and cruise liners of its residents. The Building
Jasmine Garden is the first, fully licenced development to be released from "The World" project.

At the centre of the Jasmine Garden resort is the world class spa covering an area of over 2,000 m2. It is distributed over two levels and facilities include double treatment rooms, an infinity pool, saunas, plunge pools and a relaxation area overlooking the sea. Highly trained staff provide a variety of traditional Thai treatments, massages and therapies.
Owners not investing for personal use can offer the properties to the management company for rental.

Final instalment: 30% on completion
