The ambitious project occupies a large swathe of land between Ulloi Boulevard and Prater Street within easy reach of the city centre (only 5 minutes away) and only 20 minutes from the airport. This imaginatively designed new complex will eventually contain about 3,000 apartments, 1,400 refurbishments and 800 social housing units in a brand new residential area that will be secure (a sophisticated surveillance system will be in place) and contain everything that the residents could possibly require, from 150,000m² of office, cultural and research space to 60,000m² of retail outlets, entertainment and sports facilities. Including one of the city's largest wellness-fitness centres which will include a swimming pool. Car owners will be catered for with 5,000 parking spaces.

The City Gardens apartment building, when complete, will contain 340 studio, one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, the whole project having been overseen by a reputable developer with considerable experience in many similarly ambitious projects throughout Budapest.

Payment Terms

To reserve a unit a reservation fee of £1,500 is required.
First instalment:	30% payable four weeks after signing the contract, less deposit
Final instalment:	70% payable on completion

Completion Date:	End of 2009
