Budapest is one of Europe's most exciting, historical and beautiful capital cities and District 7 is one of its most popular areas. Its proximity to the centre of Budapest with its numerous architectural treasures and lively cultural ambience make it one of the best investment options in a city that was recently voted the Number One place to visit by travel website, Expedia.

The presence of the Veterinary School and Medical University in the area means that there are excellent rental opportunities. Historically District 7 has always been the Jewish quarter of Budapest and contains several significant synagogues. A massive regeneration project is underway, its aim to restore some of District 7's most important buildings and provide more much needed housing close to the city centre, but without spoiling the architectural integrity of the area or overdeveloping it.

The penthouses will be housed in a building, originally erected in 1880, that is protected by the city's heritage programme and will therefore be built to adhere strictly to the style of the area. Features of the original structure, the attractive mosaic floor for example, will be renovated and incorporated into the design of the new development. Every apartment is a duplex with terraces and purchasers are welcome to make structural alterations if they wish. As long as the requests are feasible they can be incorporated into the final design of the property.
