Not sure what an Online Seminar is?

• An "online seminar" or "webinar" is presented through the internet.
• All you need to do is log-on to the link provided to you by email when you register at the time given for the seminar and you will be able to see the presentation live on-screen
• You are given a telephone number to call which allows you to hear the presentation through a conference call system – but no one will be able to hear you.
• If you want to ask questions through the presentation, you can use the “chat” function provided and the presenter can either answer you back privately or broadcast the answer to the whole audience. Your question will not be seen by anyone other than the organisers.

Key benefits:

• No travel or time away required – you can login at work or home and view the presentation from your computer or laptop.
• You can join in and leave the seminar if and when you want… although you may miss out on some great information if you do!
• You can ask all the questions you want, when you want through the presentation by using the chat function – no need to wait to the end.
