Constructed on a plot of 23,000m2, when complete the Jacumã Beach and Golf Village will consist of only 18 three bedroom, three bathroom villas set in private gardens. The Building
There are only 18 villas for sale at the Jacumã Beach and Golf Village, ensuring that the complex enjoys a high level of exclusivity. The villas all contain three bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms. These units include the highest quality materials, fixtures and fittings, TV and phone connections. The properties also include spacious balconies/terraces and private gardens. All villas are 180m² and are built on a plot of 460m² which offers excellent levels of privacy.

Payment Terms
Payment terms vary depending on the villa purchased. To reserve a unit, freeze the price and remove it from the market, a non-refundable fee of £2,000 is required.
